Thanks to the efforts of William Steiner, there are now over 50,000 album pages for virtually every country in the world, including Costa Rica, available for download over the Internet.

The pages are sized so that they can be printed on any PC or Mac printer using standard 8.5"x11" paper that can be punched and bound in an ordinary 3-ring binder. For Costa Rica, there are 182 pages covering every stamp listed in the Scott's catalog from #1 through 2005.
